EVENT ASSISTANT
Shift 1 (7:30AM - 3PM) 1 Slot
Will assist the event manager with various tasks. Must have
prior experience, be able to multi-task, possess exceptional
face-to-face customer service skills.
SET-UP
Shift 1 (7AM - 10AM) 2 slots
Responsibilities to include setting up decorations on tables,
posting signs, etc.
INFORMATION TABLE
Shift 1 (8AM - 3PM) 1 slot
Shift 2 (8AM - 12PM) 1 slot
Shift 3 (12PM - 3PM) 1 slot
Responsibilities to include: Directing exhibitors to their
booths, assisting with special needs. Troubleshooting issues,
working with expo vendors, assist volunteers with
assignments, etc.
GREETERS
Shift 1 (8AM - 3PM) 1 slot
Shift 2 (8AM - 12PM) 1 slot
Shift 3 (12PM - 3PM) 1 slot
Responsibilities to include: Greeting guests, handing out
maps & goody bags, answering general questions. Bilingual is
a PLUS!
DOOR PRIZE TABLE
Shift 1 (8AM - 3PM) 1 slot
Shift 2 (8AM - 12PM) 1 slot
Shift 3 (12PM - 3PM) 1 slot
Responsibilities to include: Monitoring Door Prizes to insure
that they go to the correct party, picking prize winners and
posting names on Prize Board.
SEMINAR / SPEAKER COORDINATORS
Shift 1 (8AM - 3PM) 1 slot
Shift 2 (8AM - 12PM) 1 slot
Shift 3 (12PM - 3PM) 1 slot
Responsibilities to include: Be check in point for the Seminar
Speakers, work with speakers to keep everything running
smoothly and on time.
ACTIVITY COORDINATORS
Shift 1 (8AM - 3PM) 1 slot
Shift 2 (8AM - 12PM) 1 slot
Shift 3 (12PM - 3PM) 1 slot
Responsibilities include: Be check point for Activity Area.

PLEASE READ: Once your volunteer submission is received we will process
it and send you a confirmation. We will make every effort to accommodate
your specific request but at times it may be necessary to slot you into your
alternative choice(s).
We request that you be at the event at least 15 minutes prior to your
assigned time and report to the Information Table for your assignment. We
ask that you dress in comfortable shoes, black/dark colored pants (jeans
okay) or skirt and a nice shirt (no T-Shirts or Shorts).
*We reserve the right to cancel and/or re-assign volunteer assignments.
